This ride does bring back a few nostalgic memories for me. It's a magic carpet style ride. These along with the pirate ship where very common throughout the country, and where one of the mainstay thrill rides of this country when I was growing up. Unlike the Pirate Ship however most of the old Magic Carpet rides in this country have been removed and been replaced by more more modern thrill rides.

I'm glad to finally see one make a return, it is quite a good type of ride. It's a very simple ride where you sit on a flat platform that moves on an arm in a large circle. It's a good thrill ride, with the main thrill coming from when the platform sweeps down and you can really feel the movement in your stomach. It may not rank as high, or be as intense as some of the more modern white knuckle thrill rides, but it's still a very enjoyable family style thrill ride.
