This is a very old ride. It was built in 1905, and has had refits, but it's always been called the river caves, in a similar vein to how it still is today.  It's one of the oldest rides at the park, I think (I'm not certain) it's the second oldest currently active ride.

For such an old ride it is still very good. it takes you round in a slow moving boats, (and even has a 3 foot drop at the end) around a variety of themed areas based on different areas of the world, in different periods of history. The models are not the most advanced in the world, but there on a large scale and good quality, and there's a good variety of worlds. O.K. it doesn't compare with the likes of Valhalla, but it still has a nostalgic charm.
